Amanda founded the Bliss Health Coaching blog in 2015 out of her own personal research and drive to find solutions to common health problems. The Bliss Health Coaching blog merged with The Healthy Consultant in 2023 as part of Amanda’s focusing more time and energy on her family.

Amanda’s passion is to guide people in creating whole-food recipes and natural health alternatives to see their lives dramatically change. As a mom of 4 kids, keeping her home stocked full of fresh foods, and reducing chemicals her family could be exposed to is a top priority. Finding ways to improve health has always been a passion of hers and she remembers as a child thinking the Amazon Rainforest held all the solutions for people’s diseases.


Amanda is still intrigued by the use of plants for health purposes and cooking today.

Her passion combined with her love of research has landed Amanda in a great position to help people feel alive and full of energy! Better health starts with your mindset, believing you are worthy of feeling amazing. Great thoughts always lead to great actions.


Amanda has a Health Coach Certificate from the Institute of Nutritional Leadership and a Radiologic Technologist Associates Degree from Rhodes State College
