  1. Hi Abbey…so nice of to share your Lifestyle with everyone. I admire all that you have done and continue to do, making the world a healthier and happier place.
    I’ve recently turned 80 old and enjoy cooking, exercising, walking and gardening; I have a few house
    Plants, but not 50! Due to the Winter in Toronto, Canada, I’m limited to gardening only in the Summer.
    I will sign up today. Also, I’ll try the Banana muffin recipe. My sister, Ingrid, is a Holistic food Coach;
    she lives in Florida and does some of the things you do for Healthy living.
    Take care, Abbey!
    God Bless.
    Amanda

  2. Abby,
    I found you on pinterest during my search for healthy recipes. I liked a lot of them and decided to look deeper and follow your site. I was completely shocked when I saw you live in Missouri. I do too! I try to eat healthy and do well for awhile and then life happens and I get off track. My biggest problem is that I hate to exercise. I am a nurse practitioner so I kniw the benefits, but I struggle every day to find motivation to exercise. I have even hired personal trainers and I do stick with that because the money spent helps motivate me. After last year (Covid) diet and exercise went off the radar. I am now trying to get back on board and connecting with others may help motivate me. Thank you for your commitment to help others!
