- 1/2 avocado
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- handful of ice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a high speed blender.
- Blend on high until smooth, stopping to scrape the sides if needed.
