  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, or 100% pure pumpkin
  • 1 scoop protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • handful of ice

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth, stopping to scrape the sides if needed.
  3. Enjoy immediately.
